ZF-S400A Fluorocarbon Coating Used for Medium-temperature Aluminum Material

Brief introduction:

Series ZF-S400A products are made of fluorinated olefin-vinyl ester ether multipolymer resin, high weather-proof filling pigment and filler which is suitable

for Series PVDF, additive and solvent.

Performance characteristics:

1. Adopts high-solid vinyl ether copolymerized fluroresin.Its outdoor weather resistance is over 20 years. There is double bond in the molecular structure.
And it belongs to thermosetting fluorocarbon coating.
2. Excellent performance like weather resistance, corrosion resistance and so on; good shock resistance and adhesion.

which means adopting wet on wet technology on the surface of base material, and spraying first primer and then finish in solid colors.
