Product Introduction:

This product adopts water-based fluorocarbon resin as the main film forming matter, filled with environment friendly water-based paints which is produced appropriate for PVDF series high weather-resistant fillers and auxiliaries. Its matched products are primer, finishing coat and finishing varnish. It could be selected to coat based on the actual condition. It could adopt air spraying or electrostatic spraying. The drying and solidifying temperature is 160±10℃.

Construction characteristics:

Regarding ZF-W400 series industrial coating products, the adhesive force of base material is excellent, the corrosion resistance of coating is good, the maximum hardness could reach to 4H, and the applicability is relatively strong. The products could either be used in spraying flow line of PVDF coating, or be used in automatic or handwork flow line of powder painting or acrylic baking finish. Based on the actual coating technology of the project, the customers could be targeted to select complementary products and construction technology. It should be specially paid attention that special color systems such as silver and metal color must be painted ZF-W455/W415 water-based fluorocarbon glazing products.

Precautions:

Surface treatment of base materials: conduct necessary treatments like pickling and passivating on the base materials of aluminum alloy in accordance with national standards before coating.

1、General construction environment requirements: construction temperature＞5℃, relative humidity＜70%, add 20-30% water to the primer coat for dilution, mix well, concoct viscosity of coating, adopt air spraying.

2、As the water-based fluorocarbon finishing coat is painted, it is OK that only surface of complementary base coat dries. When water-based fluorocarbon glazing coating is constructed, the finishing coat needs to be completely dry.
