Epoxy Micaceous-Iron Intermediate Paint

Brief introduction of the product:
It is made of epoxy resin, scale-like micaceous iron oxide, rust-inhibiting additive, curing agent and so on and it is packed with A and B two components. This coating has scale pigment with relatively high pigment volume concentration. The pigment can be in parallel directional overlapping arrangement, which is similar to the "fish scale" structure. So it has relatively high closure, good heat resistance and corrosion prevention, and extensive matching ability.
Surface treatment:
The surface of coated shop primmer after secondary rust removing can reach st3 label of Swedish rust removal; if the paint surface of coated zinc-rich primer is exposed outdoors for a long tine, some dirt like white rust and grease should be removed. The chalked paint surface needs to be polished and the dust needs to be swept.
Construction conditions:
The temperature of the substrate needs to be 3℃ above the dew point and the relative humidity is smaller than 85%; if The temperature of the substrate
is lower than 5°c, the epoxy and the curing agent stop to react, and it can't carry out the construction.
