Brief introduction:
It is a new generation of fluorocarbon cating dedicated for aluminum sheet/aluminium section under the independent research and development by Series ZF-S400D Fluorocarbon Coating. This product is made of fluorinated olefin-alkyl lipid multipolymer resin, high weather-proof pigment which is suitable for Series PVD, additive and slovent. It is a new type fluorocarbon coating aimed at spray coating assembly line setting.
Performance characteristics:
· Good adhesion of the coating and substrate , so primer coating is not necessary. It has many varieties of coating matching methods, low cost and wide applicability.
· Good corrsion resistance of the coating and the alkali resistance is better than PVDF Coating.
· Higher hardness of the coating, which can be over 3H.
· Uses special modified material, which can make the coating form hydrophilic surface after using outdoors for a short time and has the resistance to rain
mark pollution.
· Excellent construction performance, which can meer various assembly line to use in different conditions.
