ZF-J130 Fluorocarbon Coating Dedicated for Insulation and Decoration Integrated Plate is the product after factory mechanized flow-line production changed from original traditional complicated construction system of insulation and overcoating. Our company combines with insulation and decoration these two itmes and nearly ten stpes have been saved. The construction efficiency and quality assurance have been improved. Its outdoor weather resistance is over 15 years.

Performance characteristics:

1. The coating and substrate have good adhesion, so primer coating is not necessary. It has many varieties of coating matching methods, low cost and  wide
applicability.

2. Good intermiscibility with pigments, so there are more optional pigments, richer gloss and colors, and better decorativeness.

Application areas:

The surface coating for alcium silicate boards, cement slabs, inorganic resin plates, ultrathin stone materials, aluminium plates and so on.

Base material—→ coarse sand—→ fine sand—→ concentrate sand—→ spray coat and roller coat to penetrate the primer—→ dry—→ UV putty—→ UV Lamp solidification—→ UV primer—→UV solidification—→ concentrate sand polishing—→ spray coat and roller coat dedicated fluorocarbon primer—→ dry—→ spray coat and roller coat dedicated fluorocarbon finish—→ dry—→ spray coat and roller coat dedicated fluorocarbon finishing varnish—→ dry—→ check the coating.
