2. 中间层-环氧云铁中间漆、厚浆型环氧漆
作用,增强理化性能、提高附着力、屏蔽隔绝、配套性广泛
机理,该产品中有较高颜料体积浓度的鳞片状颜料,成膜后颜料平行定向重叠呈”鱼鳞“结构排列,隔绝阻挡水、氧和离子从外界腐蚀环境透过涂层到达钢铁表面。
3. 面漆层--抗结冰易清洁氟碳面漆
作用,耐高低温交变、低表面能抗结冰、超耐侯耐老化、超强耐酸碱及盐雾
机理,该产品以自主创新的多元共聚FEVE氟碳树脂为主体,借助多级抗结冰助剂与树脂的界面匹配优化技术,生成自润滑除冰涂层,表现出优异的疏冰性、低表面能和自润滑性能,保证涂层在高低温交变环境下长时间使用。
