ZF-1系列反射隔热产品
◆ 采用无机杂化丙烯酸乳液,添加功能性钛白粉、特殊颜填料、高反射陶瓷微粒等组成 。
◆ 由于颜填料、陶瓷微粒具有较高太阳光反射比、近红外反射比和半球发射率,可将热量反射回大气层,从而形成了具有明显反射隔热涂层。
◆ 太阳光反射比:白色≥0.8 其他色:≥0.8;近红外反射比≥0.87(一等品);产品符合及满足HG/T 4341-2012《金属表面用热反射隔热涂料》。
ZF-3系列保温隔热产品
◆ 采用气凝胶粉、中空陶瓷微粒、搭配无机杂化丙烯酸乳液及颜填料组成 使用温度可达 250℃。
◆ 由于气凝胶粉多孔网状结构搭配中空陶瓷微粒真空腔体结构,从而能有效阻隔热量传导,使其涂层具有较低的热传导系数0.015~0.030 W/(m. K), 导热系数(厚度=热阻*导热系数*修正系数)。
